Since beginning my own practice in 2004 I am committed to helping others improve their quality of life.

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, I focus on supporting the body's natural ability to recover from musculoskeletal, neurological, and immune system dysfunctions. My work emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection, recognizing how emotional and physical health are deeply intertwined.

In 1991 I had a surgeon cut my carotid artery. As I result I had a series of mini strokes. My health was deeply altered. Neurologists told me there was nothing I could do. My dad happened to be dating a CST therapist, who was dying to get her hands on my head. I thought she was nuts.

As luck would have it, I also fell down a flight of stairs later that same year. It was a horrible fall and I was really banged up. This was the impetus for me to finally call my dad’s girlfriend. I got off her table able to move my arm, my ankles didn’t hurt and my head felt better. I was sold and went on to see her for months as the cognitive damage from my strokes improved with each visit. She changed my life in more ways than one. So much so that a decade after seeing her Craniosacral therapy became my life’s work and passion. In fact,  in so many ways it is also a paradigm in which I choose to live my life. I thank her for that first pivotal appointment because it sparked a lifelong passion for exploring how the body, mind and soul can deeply changed through gentle, integrative therapies.
